    ABOUT INFANTS’ MYLICON GAS RELIEF

    Works gently
    • Active ingredient simethicone (20 mg) gently breaks up bubbles in the stomach.
    • Can be given with each feeding and administered up to 12 times per day*.

    Is safe enough for newborns
    • Is not absorbed into the bloodstream.
    • Contains no saccharin, artificial flavors or alcohol.
    • Gluten-free formula.
    • Dye-free formula also contains no artificial color.

    Is easy for parents/caregivers to administer

    Directions for use

    • Product should be shaken before using.
    • All dosages may be repeated as needed, after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 12 doses per day.
    • Fill enclosed syringe to recommended dosage level and dispense liquid slowly into baby’s mouth toward the inner cheek.

    Simethicone

    Safely used for over 50 years, simethicone (the only active ingredient in Mylicon®) is an antifoaming agent that works in the stomach and intestines to help decrease surface tension, thus aiding the ability of gas and foam in the GI system to form into larger, more easily expelled bubbles.1,2

    DIRECTIONS

    • Drops may be added to a bottle of lukewarm formula or breastmilk, applied directly on the breast or dispensed on a spoon.
    • Do not microwave or mix drops with hot food or formula.
